CTM INDUSTRIES is looking for several Freelance project managers to support a number of key projects within the audiovisual industry.
PURPOSE :• Lead and manage key projects
• Organize tasks within the project engineering team.
• Implement and maintain quality standards within the project team
• Manage sourcing at the local level
• Monitor budget on each project
• Consolidate and present high level project reporting to management
• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive project towards final acceptance whilst mindful of commercial and business requirements
REPORTING :
• Reports to : Head of operations
• Reporting to this position : project engineering team
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS :
• Ensure quality standards of the project delivery including design, development, implementation, sign off authority, in accordance with professional technical standards and business requirements.
• Manage risks, delivery in time, costs within projects
• Organize and ensure quality in the delivery of projects
• Schedules personnel for planned projects and assigns individuals to troubleshoot problems
• Consolidate the techno knowledge for the engineering team and support
• Use local and corporate tool to follow and manage projects, sourcing, CAPEX, Quality
• Manage suppliers to get optimize costs with good quality of product/service, work with sourcing at the global level
• Manage systematic documentation for projects KEY COMPETENCIES
• Excellent understanding of Broadcast I.T. technology and new technology within the media industry
• Excellent understanding of traditional Broadcast technologies
• Skilled in managing engineers and technicians
• Manage Key projects
• Distribute project management tasks according to priorities and skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively, with a strong track record of delivering projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral to keep colleagues, team members and other key players informed in a timely manner.
• Skilled in building trust with others
• Mindful of commercial and business requirements
• Consistently support the improvement of efficiency and productivity for operations
• Can work well individually as well as be part of a team.
